Leadership Team

Tom brings over 35 years of experience supporting the FBI and other Federal Agencies. Tom served as an FBI agent and was eventually appointed as the Assistant Director for the FBI CJIS Division on December 23, 2004, by Director Robert Mueller until he retired in 2009. He directed the award of two significant IT projects, Next Generation Identification and N-DEx, and was instrumental in establishing the interoperability of FBI, DHS and DoD biometric systems. 

Alex brings over 15 years of experience deploying a custom approach to IT solutions and providing data architecture and data analytics capabilities to his clients. He has extensive experience as a data architect, analyzing system and workforce data for the creation of enterprise-wide cost models and custom forecasting models. Alex leverages his industrial engineering background with modern data analytics techniques to provide unique insights around the systems and processes at the core of his clients’ business.

Marc brings over 15 years of experience building and managing custom IT solutions across both Federal and State clients. He specializes in business process management, reengineering, and automation and bridging the gap between technology and broader organizational strategies for his clients. The majority of his experience is focused on developing and providing oversight for large, integrated IT systems with an emphasis on the design and implementation of business rules engines at the core of broader IT solutions.

Gene brings over 30 years of IT experience supporting both Federal and Commercial clients and is the founding member of OSR Consulting, LLC dba Stratagen. His focus is on delivering IT and program management support to his clients, and specializes in Agile application development, cyber security, enterprise IT services, project management, scheduling, and budget analysis. Gene provides day-to-day operations and functions for Stratagen inclusive of all phases of business operations, maintaining multiple sub-contractor agreements, and directly supporting his clients at the FBI CJIS Division.
